Whiles the Ghana Premier league is suspended indefinitely due to the outbreak of the coronavirus. It has become a blessing in disguise for most clubs amongst them is karela united who have employed the services of Evans Augustine Adotey as their new head coach and Mallam Yahaya as assistant.
The tarkwa base team have enjoyed a poor run in the league which saw them parteparted ways with former boss Enos Kwame Adepa. Mr Adotey is a former Ghana u-17 women’s national team coach who guided them to the quarter finals of the world cup that took place in Uruguay in 2018.
The signing of both the head coach and assistant was confirmed on the club’s social media handle “we are excited about the experience that Adotey and his assistant will bring to the club. We wish them the best of luck”
The pride and passion side lies at the bottom of the premier league table with 11 points in 15 matches.
