Wenger launch FiFa groudground-breaking talent development program

FiFa chief of global football development Arsene Wenger has announced the launch of a ground-breaking talent development program. The program will enable member associations to optimise their technical structures and establish sustainable and long term scouting scheme and ultimately reduce the gap at the top of the game. The former Arsenal manager mentioned this during fifa’s five day technical development workshop in Doha, which saw over one hundred member associations attended. Wenger also said the federation needs more Colts competitions to identify talent.
