Accra Hearts of oak former midfielder Erick Nyarko has picked both Bernard Don Bortey and Charles Taylor as his best players ever to grace the green field.
Fans, journalist and football people have argued who’s the greatest? But Erick says each has their own qualities. For speed and set pieces Bortey stands tall and for dribbling and speed with the ball he will stick his neck out for Taylor.
The veteran midfielder played for the rainbow team from 2003 to 2009 winning the Ghana Premier league once with them before leaving for Israel. He is currently a free agent looking forward to reunite with any local club when the league resumes after the coronavirus outbreak. Nyarkoh was part of the phobian team that won the confederation cup against arch rivals Asante kotoko in 2005.
